| Our return trip home did not go as planned. Our flight was cancelled and we had to go to Washington DC to fly out. But we made the best of it and did a little car sight seeing on the way to the airport. Of course, the kids decided to fall asleep as soon as we were 5 minutes away from all the monuments. |

| Marco was very interested in the different architecture we saw on the buildings. And unfortunately I could not answer his questions as to why they were designed this way. I guess that is something to investigate. |
